Custom My Order
Please follow the steps below to submit the custom information to us.
- If you have not submitted your order, please complete the checkout process. You will receive an email with your order number or you can find the order number by logging into your account. Write the down the order number.
- Send an email to us at support@queenberry.com. In the email, please include the order number and the customization detail. If your order includes custom pictures, please attach the pictures via attachment of the email.
Tips for creating your personalized item with optimal result:
- Once you completed your purchases, email us the image as an attachment through email and tell us your requirements of the text message as soon as you can.
- Make sure your image is at least 1000 pixels x 1000 pixels. Please provide images with good quality and high resolution for the best result!
- We highly recommend to use a picture with close up subjects.
- We adhere to the intellectual property right law. We will not reproduce or copy any images which you do not own.
NOTE: It is a personalized item. No return or exchange unless it is defective when you receive it.
